Mission & Vision
Empower and support individuals so that they know that no goal is unattainable.
Mike and his wife, Ashli, have a passion for helping children by providing them with opportunities to help make their dreams a reality. They also work with women who have been victims of domestic violence to help them get back on their feet and live their best lives. Watch this video to learn more about why giving back is so important to Mike and Ashli and how they empower youth, encourage education and stand against domestic violence.
Making An Impact
Catch for Christmas
The holiday season is one of the happiest times of the year for Mike, Ashli and the Evans family. In December of 2020, the Mike Evans Family Foundation carried out its annual Catch for Christmas event in the Tampa area. While 2020 was a tough year for so many, we were happy to be able to take a step back and provide help for the surrounding Tampa community. With your support, we were able to provide smiles, happiness and surprises for so many in their time of need. This event is so special to Mike and Ashli because they love seeing the smiles and excitement of the children as they open their gifts!
The Buccaneers’ team mascot, Captain Fear, was accompanied by Buccaneers cheerleaders as they went door to door delivering the gifts to children. Afterwards, the children were surprised with a recorded video message from Mike and Ashli.
In addition to the holiday gifts, each family received gift cards worth $2,000, courtesy of the Mike Evans Family Foundation.
We’re looking forward to seeing you all in person again as soon as health and safety guidelines permit. We have a fun roster of events planned for 2021, including a golf tournament, bowling event and gala! We’ll be in touch soon with more information.
Catch for Kids
Mike worked hard for two reasons in the postseason: to help win the Lombardi Trophy for the Buccaneers and to give back to the Tampa Bay community! Through Super Bowl LV Sunday, the Mike Evans Family Foundation hosted the first ever Catch for Kids Campaign. For every receiving yard Mike was credited with, one item was donated to the Children’s Home Network, a Tampa organization that cares for families and children who have been abused, neglected or abandoned. Plus, for every touchdown Mike scored, an additional 13 items were donated.
After the 2020-21 season, the Mike Evans Family Foundation donated 230 items from the Children’s Home Network Amazon wish list, including baby bottles, shoes, linens and more! If you want to get in on giving back, donations made on this website will be used to purchase even more personal care items for children in need. Thanks for your support! Let’s Go Bucs!
